Mojo Ventures select a small cohort of companies to mentor each year. Generally they come to us through referrals. If you would like to be considered please note that we take application on a rolling basis.
We take compensation in the different ways. Fractional executive retainer, equity, deferred salary compensation, and factoring revenues are all options we are prepared to consider.
For most buy side corporate M&A budgets to take interest in any smaller company, you generally need to be profitable (> 1.5 million EBITDA). That said, Mojo Ventures can also assist with early exit planning and finding a pathway to exit for companies below that threshold.
