Overview
We aim to change the world for the better. Our investment thesis includes diversification across North American geography, and across different technical domains. We look for serial entrepreneurs with direct experience on the management team or board of directors who can manage a company through an exit event and delivering good returns to investors. Through our networks and local engagement we screen 20 to 50 deals per month from across the continent. We have led or served on many investment due diligence teams and typically make two or three investments per year.
We are active investors and like to get directly engaged where we can add value. We help firms with pitch decks, fundraising, due diligence, cap tables, advisory boards, investor relations, exit planning, and negotiation.
